Process

• 1. Contact the Advisor
  

  Contact the advisor where you wish to participate during the summer and obtain permission(Letter of Approval) from the professor who is in charge.

• 2. Nomination & Application
  

  Once you receive the Letter of Approval from POSTECH Advisor, apply through our website. Students need to prepare the Letter of Nomination from their home institution coordinators as well.

• 3. Admission Announcement
  

  The Admission Results will be announced and students will receive the Certificate of Admission along with information for Pre-Arrival Orientation.

Supporting Documents

• Certificate of Enrollment (Apostille required for non-OECD country citizens)
• Official Academic Transcript (in English)
• Proof of English Proficiency
  1. TOEFL iBT or IELTS Academic
  2. Letter from Home Institution that indicates student’s proficiency to research in English
• Recommendation Letter
• Copy of Passport
• Letter of Approval (from POSTECH Advisor)*
• Letter of Nomination (from Home Institution Coordinator)*
